MY STORY
I spent more than 20 years in corporate finance, first at General Motors and then Lennox International before successfully running a self-funded search to acquire a business to own and operate.
 
I AM A NUMBERS GUY
I have a bachelor's degree in finance from Michigan State University, a Master's degrees in finance from Indiana University, and I am an adjunct professor of finance at Maryland University.

I have served as a CFO partnering with COOs and entrepreneurs like you. I have advised startups that were "pre-revenue", high-growth service companies with more than 500 technicians, and manufacturing facilities with more than $300 million in sales.  

I AM AN ENTREPRENEUR
I've always been a business entrepreneur at heart.
 

While pursing my MBA at Kellogg I learned about ETA (Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition), and I decided I wanted to prove that I could run a small business.

This is why in 2022 I turned down a promotion and I left the "corporate world" to pursue my own self-funded search. This search resulted in the acquisition of an HVAC company that I have spent the last year growing alongside my business partner.
